"love boss audio car amplifier It's a fantastic little amplifier. I heard the engine noise while the truck was driving, as others have said. However, if you go through the process of figuring out what's causing the noise, you'll be able to rule out the amp as the source of the issue. My signal came from my head device. All is well in the world now that I put noise filters on the RCA cables. boss audio soundbarcan easily defeat planet audio and power acoustic car amplifer. can be good for boss audio atv speaker"

" Not a bad little amp! Obviously there are hundreds to thousands of reviews on this ""400"" watt 4 channel amp, but with all that in mind, I decided to purchase this for a Lincoln SUV to give the factory speakers an extra boost. Arrived within 2 days, took me about 30-45 minutes to install (wiring was already in place from a previous project) and I have to say I'm honestly impressed. Now it's definitely not 400 watts or anything close to that as far as power output goes, but it definitely pumps the speakers up so they sound nice and clean. At first I had this amp powering up 4 Boss 5x7"" 3-way speakers, and those sounded terrible but that was the speakers, not the amp. Put the factory 6x8s back in and WOW it sounds good. I didn't notice ANY alternator whine, feedback, buzzing, or any other noises that other reviewers had pointed out. This amp has been installed for about a month now, I waited to leave a review so I could see how it held up over the last month. So far, so good. Especially at this price? Definitely recommend! "

" Purchased this amp as part of a Christmas present to replace the junk sound system in my son's car. This amp paired with a couple 8"" 600-watt dual voice coil subs works great. The amp easily drives a pair of dual-voice coil subs with the voice coils in parallel at 2Ω and includes low/high pass filters so no external filters are needed. Lots of people trash on these amps in the reviews here, but the R6002 1200W amp is solid, it included the bass control, built-in crossover, and is more power than the average person needs. I think most of the bad reviews are people who didn't do their research as many models have different features and are on one treasure point online page together, causing confusion. I also think these amps are somewhat over-rated in there watt rating, it is more than sufficient for most people. For the money involved here, it is a solid investment."

"have to boost up! Otherwise the speakers and tweeters have not sufficient load and the speakers starting ""tossing"" very early. Description is explaining to keep the amplifier on low level but that was not working on my case. It is also describing several other and bigger amplifiers details so you have to be careful not becoming confused. Next time would buy a at least a 4 or 6 channel amplifier. It needs to be connected with an additional positive wire to be ignited by the radio. Plastik hose to cover the wiring in the engine bay is way to short."

"I want my money back and more! This amp will make you're speakers sound fuzzy, this product will malfunction within a week, this product was made with cheap parts, yes this product will break for you. Before buying this ask yourself would you rather bya 90$ amp or will you buy this one that will break but before breaking you get to listen to static, buzzing, and something else... a mystery sound."

"Bang for your buck!! I read a lot of negative reviews about this amp.. but for me this app was perfect for and what I was looking for to run my inside speakers. I don't have engine whine.. no distorted sound. Everything depends on the adjustment of your head unit volume and adjusting the gain to the amp to match the output. Solid little amp that runs my highs and mids."

" Great amp, Works great! This amp works amazing, I haven't had one problem with it at all! I have 2 10"" Pioneer, dual voice coil, 4 ohm subwoofers, and i have them bridged running at 900w, and it works great! At first I was questioning it because it was a little on the cheaper side, but it is one of the best amps I've had, and I definitely recommend this brand to anyone!"

"Great bang for buck. Works as it should. Used the high level inputs from a retrosound headunit, for a 4 speaker setup in my 67 camaro, good clear sound. Would 100% buy again. Highly reccomend for any low-medium power speaker set ups."

" I bought this for my son and it get's the ... I bought this for my son and it get's the job done, but he complained that it doesn't have enough power. Please consider that he is a college student and probably wants it louder than most of us can bear."

"Great amp! Don’t make the same mistake I did Great product for the price. Would recommend for speakers no higher than 30 rms Watts. You want good headroom with the wattage because the more you turn the gain up the more distorted and fuzzy the sound gets. Otherwise excellent product!!"

" Doesn't work faulty Amp didn't work out of the box, my wires were installed professional just a month ago and tried a different amp and it worked fine but the boss amp doesn't work I checked the fuse and everything and still nothing"

"A good small amp for mids. and tweets for the price. Sounds good for a pair of 6x8's. Has a small whine but only when turned all the way down. It does the job I wanted it to for a great price. Spend your money on the sub amp. Not your mids. and tweets."

" For the price It's pretty amazing! For those who are unaware, or just not as audio tech savvy, Boss, like many audio companies on Amazon (Planet Audio, Pyle, etc.) is known for being a cheap (Made In China) manufacturer. However, I will say that this amplifier does an astounding job at powering my very popular dual 1200 Watt (400 RMS) 12"" MTX Terminator subwoofers. When I initially had the amplifier installed it would overheat after just ten or twenty minutes, which I assumed was the result of the power not being strong enough to power the speakers. This didn't make sense to me though, as the combo is a perfect match and the RMS ratings are exactly equal (The best thing to do when pairing a system). So I took the car back and found that the Ohm Impedance was not matched correctly, causing too much power to be lost from the amp. This is actually a very common problem with installs as the specific configuration for amps and subs varies depending on the models and brands. Since this has been corrected, the subwoofers bang like no other for their power. The amp itself seems to run forever and hasn't overheated or even gotten close to overheating, even in hotter weather (I live in Texas where the heat can climb to 120 degrees WITH humidity). "

"Not bad at all No bad for the price I would recommend for a single sub it definitely does the job."
